BELOW ARE THE BASIC MODALITIES/ TERMS TOWARDS OUR LOAN FINANCING AT JEYAD CORPORATION LLC; 

Project Sectors - No specific project sectors/ field in focus
Geographical Focus - No specific geographical location/ country in focus
Minimum Interest (ROI) - 5% interest (ROI) per annum
Loan Duration - 10years tenure + 1year grace period (Renewable)

We at Jeyad Corporation LLC finances lucrative projects based on a minimum interest of 5% ROI annually for a contract tenure of 10years + 1year grace period for the payback of the total loan capital (Renewable). In some cases, a minimum of 5years contract duration + 1year grace period is been considered for the opting out/ payback of the total loan capital.  

To further clarify the above, The project owner (Party B) would be required to remit a minimum of 5% interest of the loan sum to we at Jeyad Corporation LLC (Party A) every year for ten (10) years, at the end of the 11th year (grace period), the project owner would be required to payback the total loan sum to we at Jeyad Corporation LLC, The Party B can decide to renew the contract tenure in a situation where the total loan capital was not realized.
